AVAILABILITY
The minimum booking period is one week in summer with arrival and departure on Saturday, otherwise two days. Via the online booking tool you can currently only rent by the week at a time, for shorter periods please send an email to hello@newhaus.de.
PRICES
The minimum booking period is one week in summer, otherwise two days. Our prices are inclusive and they are independent of the number of persons occupying the house (maximum 6 in the Sand house and maximum 8 in the Pine house). They include the furnishing of the houses with bed linen and towels (once only). In addition, there is a 200 EUR - cleaning fee per stay.
